Published 8:59am Tuesday, August 24, 2010Thomas Joseph Snowden, 78, of Madison passed away Aug. 15, at his home.
Mr. Snowden was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was also retired from civil service at Redstone Arsenal. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of the Universe.
He is survived by his daughters, Jean T. Snowden and her husband Robert Fisher and Nancy Snowden, all of Madison; as well as other family and friends.
Funeral services were at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 17, at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation was from 2:30 p.m. until the start of services at the funeral home.
