Wayne E. Maki, 61, of Madison died Aug. 14. He was a mechanical engineer and CEO for Multitronics Vmi, LLC.

Survivors include his wife, Karen E. Maki; son, Michael Deane Maki; aunt, Elaine Peterson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Vince and Linda Luczak, and their children, Heather, Evan and wife, Kelly Luczak.

The family received friends from 6 until 7 p.m. Aug. 17, at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 7 p.m chapel service with Dr. Ron Madison officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to Huntsville Hospital Foundation, Cancer Unit.
