Regions Bank robbed

Just after noon Wednesday a man robbed a Huntsville Regions Bank branch.

Huntsville police investigators said that a man walked up to a teller at the branch located 508 Madison Street and handed her a note demanding money. The man gestured to the teller that he had a gun, and the teller complied with the demands. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. K-9 units were brought in to track the suspect but the trail ended in the parking lot. Huntsville Police and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery.
