Huntsville Utilities has coordinated with officials organizing assistance and expects the crews to be sent into some of the more heavily damaged areas along the Northeast coast.
Officials are still working to determine precisely where needs are the greatest.
The Huntsville Utilities crews assisting in recovery efforts consist of two three-person bucket crews and one three-person pole-setting crew.
