Madison native found dead in UAH dormitory

HUNTSVILLE – Police have identified the student found dead in the Charger Village student housing complex of the University of Alabama in Huntsville Sunday afternoon.

Ray Garner, Chief of Staff for UAH, confirmed that Benjamin Thomas Hall, 19, of Madison was discovered at 2:40 p.m. Sunday. Campus and Huntsville Police responded shortly thereafter, as did HEMSI personnel.

Garner also said Madison County Coroner Craig Whisenant confirmed no foul play is suspected and that the apparent cause of death is natural causes.
