Butler overcame a pesky Bob Jones team with a late run to claim a 54-35 victory.
Bob Jones, who fell to 14-12 overall, got 12 points from Terry Randle in the loss.
The Patriots trailed by just four points in the half, but allowed the Rebels to outscore them 19-8 over the final eight minutes of play.
Butler's Trevor Lacey led all scorers with 16 points. Ralph Eason finished with 13 points and Ryan Ervin added 12 points for the Rebels.
Madison Baptist 54, Beth Haven 23
Madison Baptist won for the 11th time in 15 games this season with a 54-23 victory over Beth Haven.
Mark Petit led Madison Baptist with 19 points, while Juan Galindo finished with 11. Zach Stojanovic chipped in 10 points in the victory.

Bob Jones 68, Butler 33
Bob Jones, ranked No. 1 in the state in Class 6A, pushed their season record to 26-2 with an easy victory over Butler.
Kellie Cook paced the Lady Patriots with 15 points, while Jala Harris added 11 in the win.
Butler's Deangela Harris lfinished with 16 points for the Lady Rebels.
Bob Jones got off to a 23-9 start and never trailed in the game.
Sparkman 50, Huntsville 29
Sparkman improved to 23-3 overall with an easy 21-point win over Huntsville.
The Lady Senators got 14 points from Stephanie Stanley in the win.
Huntsville's Kristin Bush finished with eight points.
The Lady Senators led by 11 points at the half and dominated the Lady Panthers over the final two quarters to seal the win.
Decatur 62, Madison Academy 60
Haley Stewart scored 25 points in Madison Academy's 62-60 loss to Class 6A Decatur Tuesday night.
Madison Academy led briefly in the third quarter, but Decatur went on a run to go up by four points and held off the Lady Mustangs down the stretch.
Whitney Fletcher scored 19 points for Decatur.
The two teams were tied at 28-28 at the half.
