Rec Department hosts water

Madison’s Recreation Department is sponsoring a water safety day May 31 from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at Dublin Memorial Park. PAWS, Pool and Water Safety Awareness Event, is designed to teach people how to respond to emergency water situations.

Participants will receive an event bag and a card that can be turned in for a free Dublin Pool swim pass. There will also be contests, including a hula and limbo contest and a water slide. There will be water activities and games from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
