Frederick Thomas Hale, 53, of Madison died Aug. 3, 2008.

He is survived by his son, Nathan Thomas Hale of California; daughter, Julia Rene Hale of California; two sisters, Jane Sarvestani and Mary Cameron of Huntsville; and three nephews.

Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
