Wanda Louise Vaughn, 50, of Madison died Sept. 28, 2008.

Loving survivors include her daughter, Kortezia Douglas; sons, Pernell, Thaddeus, Eric, and William Vaughn; sisters, Rachel Pendelton, Glenda Houston, Lisa Vaughn, and Rosa Jackson; brother, Bechel Vaughn; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Oct. 3 at Triana Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Carolyn Hillard officiating. Interment was in Triana Cemetery.
